Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for a multi-brand FMCG portfolio across regional markets.
Budget: up to AED 25,000
Location: Dubai
This is not a generalist marketing role. The position requires hands-on ownership of brand plans, NPD launches and trade-driven activations, working closely with commercial teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Owning annual brand strategy and performance across multiple brands and markets
- Leading NPD from concept to launch, including packaging, compliance and supplier coordination
- Driving trade and consumer activations with clear ROI accountability
- Managing agencies and external partners, not just briefing them
- Using data, insights and budgets to make commercial decisions, not just creative ones
Requirements:
- 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG or closely related sectors
- Proven exposure to brand management, launches and trade marketing
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-market environments
- Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and reporting capability
- Experience working closely with sales teams and distributors
