Job Description

We are representing a leading government-aligned organisation in Dubai who are looking to appoint a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to join their senior leadership team.

 

This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the marketing strategy, while also having the leadership style, presence, and credibility to build a high-performance sales culture across the organisation.

 

I am not discussing the industry here as industry experience is not essential. What matters most is leadership maturity, commercial thinking, and the ability to scale both functions together.

 

You will lead both functions strategically, bringing sales and marketing together under one clear commercial direction, while still being comfortable operating in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment when needed.

 

We are only considering exceptional, polished leaders who bring the right blend of strategic depth, communication ability, and stakeholder presence.

 

Job Summary:

 

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and brand direction
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a strong, accountable sales culture
  • Align sales and marketing under one unified revenue plan
  • Lead a team across both functions (Sales + Marketing)
  • Strengthen market positioning, partnerships, and client growth
  • Drive data-led performance, KPIs, and pipeline visibility
  • Balance strategic leadership with pragmatic, hands-on delivery
