Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Consultant to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle FDI solutions. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture, data modeling, analytics, and integration. The ideal candidate will design scalable data-driven solutions, deliver actionable insights, and support informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards.
 - Design and develop interactive analytics and reports using Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, and Smart View.
 - Integrate, map, validate, and reconcile data across Oracle Fusion modules and external data sources.
 - Translate complex business requirements into effective data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
 - Lead training sessions, prepare documentation, and conduct knowledge transfer for key and end users.
 - Ensure optimal system performance, data quality, and adherence to data governance best practices.
 - Manage and execute ETL processes, and leverage predictive analytics to support business insights.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align FDI implementations with broader enterprise objectives.
 
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, or related modules).
 - In-depth knowledge of Oracle FDI architecture, semantic modeling, and data warehousing.
 - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration tools for connecting Oracle Fusion with enterprise systems.
 - Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data flow design across multiple modules.
 - Understanding of system architecture and scalable solution design.
 - Experience with data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
 - Knowledge of Oracle PaaS tools (e.g., OIC, Visual Builder, OAC) is advantageous.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
 - Oracle certifications in Fusion Applications, Data Intelligence, or Analytics are preferred.
 
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, or HCM).
 - Strong domain knowledge in data intelligence, analytics, and reporting within Oracle Fusion environments.
 - Hands-on experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
 - Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and semantic modeling.
 - Experience integrating Oracle systems with external BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
 - Excellent communication and user training skills to promote adoption of analytics and reporting tools.
