Group Finance Manager

 Dubai (covering UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman & Qatar)

AED 25,000 + Family medical + air ticket (up to 2 children)

Our client, an industrial-related service provider, is looking to recruit a Group Finance Manager who will oversee all aspects of group accounting, treasury, and cashflow management across multiple entities in the GCC.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly Group management reports
  • Coordinate and consolidate Group revenue pipeline projections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop, maintain, and report on key financial and commercial KPIs to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead initiatives to improve Group-wide financial and KPI reporting processes
  • Manage and support the Group’s external audit process
  • Coordinate budgeting and reforecasting activities across all regions
  • Identify and highlight key financial and commercial trends, ensuring senior leadership is informed of emerging issues and opportunities
  • Ensure all finance function deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently met, escalating issues as required
  • Support Country Managers with financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance requirements
  • Oversee Group cash collection processes and prepare regular liquidity and cashflow forecasts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Qualified member of a professional accounting body (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of industry and top tier audit firm
  • Proven hands-on experience with group consolidation accounting
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and strong IFRS reporting
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes; experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, especially in commercial KPI reporting
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
