Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager – Digital Transformation Training Programs to lead the development, delivery, and management of cutting-edge training initiatives in the UAE and across the MENA region.

 

This role sits at the intersection of digital innovation, learning & development, and leadership. You will take ownership of designing and implementing impactful training programs that empower individuals and organizations to embrace digital transformation, upskill for the future, and thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape.

 

As a senior leader, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, ensuring training content is relevant, practical, and engaging. You will also play a pivotal role in client engagement, stakeholder management, and business development—helping shape the organization’s position as a regional leader in digital training solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Program Design & Development
    • Develop, design, and manage innovative digital transformation training programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients, government bodies, and individuals.
    • Create and oversee curricula in areas such as data science, coding, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital business transformation.
    • Ensure all programs are aligned with industry standards and future workforce skills requirements.
    • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Delivery & Implementation
    • Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and executive education programs to participants at various levels.
    • Manage and oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, from scoping and design through to execution, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure seamless on-site and virtual training delivery, leveraging the latest tools, platforms, and digital learning technologies.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and support a team of trainers, instructional designers, and program coordinators.
    • Build a strong internal culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Drive operational excellence, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development
    • Engage with clients, partners, and industry leaders to understand training needs, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital upskilling strategies.
    • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and representing the organization at industry events.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and program updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Market Awareness
    • Stay ahead of global trends in digital transformation and workforce development.
    • Continuously evaluate and refresh programs to ensure relevance and competitive positioning.
    • Explore new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and impact.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital transformation, training, or L&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical understanding of one or more areas such as data science, coding, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or digital business strategy.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and building long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides), and digital learning platforms.
