Marketing & Communications Manager

Dubai / Ras Al Khaimah

AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month

 

Our client is a well-established organisation with international operations in the ports, logistics, and trade sectors. With a strong vision to elevate brand visibility and drive commercial growth, they are undergoing a transformation that includes the global launch of a major flagship project.

 

This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, manage multi-channel campaigns, and lead all aspects of brand development. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Marketing & Communications Manager will play a vital role in positioning the brand both locally and globally, supporting business growth and investor relations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies
  • Oversee brand positioning, voice, and consistency across all channels
  • Manage content creation: press releases, blogs, social media, and targeted marketing materials
  • Own digital marketing including website, SEO, social campaigns, and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Drive stakeholder and investor engagement through tailored communication and promotional assets
  • Lead public relations and media liaison efforts, including crisis communication
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Business Development, and Operational teams to align strategies
  • Plan and deliver trade events, conferences, and international exhibitions
  • Oversee budgets and agency/vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective output
  • Use data insights and analytics to measure ROI and optimise campaigns
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to refine strategies
  • Act as brand guardian for major launches and expansion initiatives

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing/communications within ports, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong experience in both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience with digital marketing and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Confident managing international campaigns and working with global teams
  • Familiarity with industry media, trade bodies, and investment communities
  • Strategic thinker with a creative and commercial mindset
