Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business transformation through technology. This role focuses on enhancing our e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and healthcare technologies. Serving as the Second-in-Command to the Head of IT, you will provide leadership, continuity, and structure to our expanding internal IT function. Collaborating across departments, you will lead digital and operational initiatives that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, marketing) to gather requirements, identify challenges, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Project Leadership: Spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and system integration projects, including e-commerce platforms and ERP enhancements.
- Requirements Management: Define and prioritize business requirements, craft user stories, and develop process documentation to support both technical and business teams.
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, testing, and change management.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between business units and technical resources, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment of project goals.
- Departmental Support: Assist the Head of IT in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for system and process enhancements.
- Product Ownership: Support internal product ownership of digital tools and platforms, guiding enhancements and maintaining a clear roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Business Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge across supply chain, finance, customer service, and digital commerce operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and ERP systems (e.g., Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics).
- System Integration: Familiarity with systems integration and digital transformation.
- Project Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Technical Awareness: Awareness of API usage, system architecture, and technical documentation.
- Governance & Compliance: Knowledge of governance, compliance, and IT documentation standards.
- Requirements Documentation: Experience in requirements gathering and documentation (e.g., writing user stories, process mapping).
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience: 7+ years in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or IT Project Manager.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in internal technology projects (e-commerce, ERP).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience with cross-functional project leadership and vendor coordination.
- Industry Background: Experience in corporate, retail, or internal operations settings.
- Service Environment Exposure: Background in premium service environments (e.g., retail or healthcare).
- Growth Context Experience: Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth business contexts.
