Maintenance Manager – Commercial Refrigeration

Dubai or Jeddah

Must be ARABIC speaker.

Salary: 15,000 AED/SAR + STI

A multinational company that specializes in commercial and industrial refrigeration is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This person will lead the team of Supervisors & technicians and ensure service quality across their operations. They must be technically strong, especially in commercial/industrial refrigeration, and able to lead and guide a team in the field.

Knowledge and skills in:

• Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration Systems
• Mechanical, Electrical & Control Systems
• Diagnostic Tools Proficiency
• Field Team Supervision
• Safety and Regulatory Compliance
• SAP or relevant service management systems (preferred)

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a refrigeration technician
• 3–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, controls)
• Team management and customer service skills
• Must be an Arabic speaker
