Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing business in the UAE’s food & beverage sector, is hiring a Key Account Manager to lead growth within the snacks category, with a strong focus on modern trade channels. This role is ideal for someone with solid FMCG experience, strong retailer relationships, and a passion for driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand key accounts within modern trade (e.g. Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop)
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail buyers and distributors
- Drive sales growth, category visibility, and in-store execution across the UAE
- Lead negotiations, promotional planning, and forecasting activities
- Track market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management
- Must have managed a team at some point in your career
- Proven experience managing modern trade accounts in the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic is a big plus!
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
