This role is for a well-established company with an excellent reputation in the GCC. Based in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a candidate who has at least 10 years experience of working with Marble and 5 years in a leadership role. We are looking for an experienced Marble Production Manager to manage our client's marble cutting and fabrication unit in the capital. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of marble processing and finishing, along with hands-on experience managing teams and production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all operations in the marble cutting and polishing unit
- Manage production schedules and workforce to meet project delivery timelines
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and finish in all marble products
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
- Implement and oversee safety procedures and equipment maintenance
- Improve productivity and reduce material wastage
- Provide technical advice on stone selection and fabrication challenges
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing marble production in Dubai
- Strong understanding of marble materials, waterjet cutting, polishing, and installation techniques
- Experience in luxury villa or high-end project requirements
- Team leadership, time management, and communication skills are essential
- Knowledge of UAE market practices and material handling
