Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager who specialises in experiential marketing and events to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, managing end-to-end projects, and fostering long-term client relationships.

 

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position demands a balance of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
    • Oversee diverse projects from initial planning to delivery and post-event evaluation, ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
    • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in budgeting, briefing, and execution.
    • Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent representation and understanding of client brands across all activities.
    • Develop and present proposals, showcasing creative and strategic approaches tailored to client objectives.
    • Lead internal discussions to align stakeholders and drive the agency's agenda.
  • Project Management
    • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and debriefing, while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with creative, production, and external partners to deliver innovative, impactful campaigns.
    • Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project delivery.
    • Foster a positive team culture, supporting the development of junior staff and encouraging leadership growth.
    • Uphold and enhance internal processes and systems to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality output.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Account Manager in experiential marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and experiential marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build professional relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with clients in sports, lifestyle, fashion, or beauty sectors is a plus.
  • A degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
