Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Events & Entertainment

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing team working on a variety of exciting events and entertainment projects in the UAE. This role is instrumental in driving ticket sales and lead generation through innovative and data-driven digital campaigns.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end development, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns for diverse events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You’ll bring creativity, technical expertise, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ROI-driven B2C digital campaigns focused on ticket sales, lead generation, and conversions.
• Optimise digital platforms for SEO, mobile usability, and user engagement.
• Manage CRM initiatives, enhancing customer journeys and engagement through targeted campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide detailed biweekly, monthly, and post-event reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR and social media, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain partnerships with digital platforms such as META and Spotify to explore innovative opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on events and entertainment.
• Proven expertise in managing B2C campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Technical skills in PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
• Fluency in English is required, with Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise marketing efforts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
