Site Engineers – Civil

We are recruiting for a Project Engineer with experience in residential construction, villas and townhouses to join our client’s team in Sharjah.  Depending on experience salaries range from 8-13k per month + benefits.  Candidates for this position should have minimum 4 years experience in a site engineer role and experience of working in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities include:

• Execution of construction activities based on the shop drawings
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Effective team leadership of the workers
• Calculate the required materials and place the orders as necessary
• Keep records of materials and give information to the Project Engineer about the requirements
• Keeps records and information up to date in compliance with project requirements
• Completes the works and makes ready for handover

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years experience and experience working in the UAE
• Proven track record of leadership
• Ability to lead employee and sub-contractors
• Good problem solving skills
• Certifications in Safety and Quality are a bonus
