Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic Emirati graduate to join our team and kickstart their career in the exciting world of events. Depending on your field of study and career aspirations, you will be groomed into one of the following roles:

 

  • Account Executive (Client Servicing)
  • Associate Graphic Designer (Creative Team)
  • Associate Creative Designer (Creative Team)
  • Office Administrator (Support Services Team)

Key Responsibilities:

 

As an Account Executive (Client Servicing):

  • Support senior account managers in coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in the development and execution of client campaigns and events.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.

As an Associate Graphic Designer (Creative Team):

  • Assist in creating visually compelling designs for events, campaigns, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and solutions.
  • Support in ensuring designs meet client specifications and project timelines.

As an Associate Creative Designer (Creative Team):

  • Contribute to the conceptualization and development of creative ideas for events and campaigns.
  • Support in designing layouts, visuals, and stage setups for events.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure creative visions come to life.

As an Office Administrator (Support Services Team):

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Business Administration).
  • Passion for the events industry with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (for all roles) and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (for creative roles).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
