We are working with an international distributor of fragrances in the Middle East, with its main office based in Dubai.

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional regional trainer and visual merchandiser who will build passionate brand knowledge of luxury fragrances and visual merchandising throughout the Middle East and UAE. Utilizing interactive and inquisitive techniques in training to engage trainees, encouraged to tap into their full sales potential. Luxury is enhanced by maintaining the highest standards of customer service and brand visuals.

The Travel Retail Marketing Executive & Trainer will be responsible for in-store presentation and consumer engagement in line with Brand Marketing Guidelines for a prestigious portfolio of fragrance brands. This role focuses on the Travel Retail shops throughout the Middle East, primarily in airport locations. The position is office-based in Dubai, with travel (approximately 20% of the time) to countries in the Middle East for training Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassador Training: Travel to various Middle Eastern countries to train Brand Ambassadors, prepare training materials, and coordinate logistics. Training is conducted once per year in each region.
• New Fragrance Launches: Prepare and maintain a launch calendar, client presentations, and a novelties tracker.
• In-Store Visuals Updates: Ensure active visuals are up-to-date and in line with Brand Merchandising Guidelines.
• Merchandising Guidelines Implementation: Provide planograms and ensure correct POS materials and signage are implemented.
• Promotions Activation: Maintain a promotional calendar, coordinate installations, and train promoters/Brand Ambassadors.

Requirements:

• Dynamic attitude with a passion for engaging teams and delivering quality training programs.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and high energy.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (spoken/written). Arabic is a plus.
• Must have a passport that allows for travel in the Middle East.
