Job Description

Our client is an established Main Contractor specialising in large scale public realm, infrastructure, landscaping and civils projects for well-known clients in the Middle East. They are seeking a Project Manager - Landscaping with a strong track record in the  landscape Construction industry for high profile clients in the Middle East region.  The successful candidate will to join their supportive team in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Project management - planning and monitoring the project progress with regular program updates, cost and budget monitoring
• Coordination with Clients & Consultants and act as a primary point of contact
• Lead the Project construction Team
• Setting up weekly KPIs and monitoring them regularly
• Utilization of the efficiency of resources like manpower & machineries
• Timely submission of monthly valuation on each month with the help of QS
• Identifying the variations & submission of variations in time with the required documents
• Follow up on variations and get it certified within 30 days of submission
• Ensure that the payments certification and the payments have been made by the client on time
• Delivering the projects with quality and within the time frame set out in the contract
• Follow up on the issuance of TOC, DLC, variation approvals and final account statements
• Submission of delay notifications or any other contractual notices within 48 hours of the even

Requirements:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the landscape Construction industry for high profile clients in the Middle East region
• Well versed with the Project construction management
• Valid UAE driving license
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
