A leading regional consumer group is looking to hire an experienced Co-Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the development and management of strategic co-branded products and partnerships across the GCC.
The successful candidate will work closely with banks, financial institutions and strategic partners to develop propositions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, spend and loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Identify, develop and manage strategic co-brand partnership opportunities with banks, financial institutions and other relevant partners across the GCC
• Lead the end-to-end development of co-branded products and customer propositions, from opportunity identification and business case development through to commercial negotiations, implementation and launch
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across banking, payments, loyalty and strategic partner organisations
• Develop customer value propositions that support acquisition, engagement, retention and increased customer spend
• Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Digital, Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations to ensure successful delivery of partnership programmes
• Develop joint marketing and go-to-market plans with partners, overseeing campaign strategy, execution and optimisation
• Lead partner negotiations, commercial agreements, onboarding and programme implementation
• Define and monitor partnership KPIs including customer acquisition, activation, transaction volume, spend, revenue, engagement and ROI
• Analyse customer and campaign data to identify opportunities to improve proposition performance and partner value
• Prepare regular performance reviews and commercial recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to expand and optimise existing partnerships through new propositions, benefits, campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant experience across co-brand partnerships, loyalty, cards, product marketing, financial partnerships, strategic partnerships or customer propositions
• Proven experience managing co-branded programmes, financial partnerships or loyalty partnerships from concept through to implementation and ongoing performance management
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working with banks, credit cards, payments, fintech, loyalty programmes or financial institutions
• Strong commercial understanding, including business case development, commercial negotiations and partnership economics
• Experience developing customer value propositions and acquisition or engagement strategies
• Strong understanding of partnership marketing and campaign management
• Comfortable working with commercial and customer data, KPIs and ROI analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders
• Experience within banking, financial services, payments, fintech, loyalty, airlines, hospitality, travel, retail or other consumer-facing businesses would be highly relevant
• GCC/Middle East experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
