Seeking an experienced HORECA & Retail Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion for oil and ghee products in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a strong FMCG background, particularly in these sectors, with proven business development and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in HORECA and retail channels.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for effective product promotion and distribution.
• Achieve sales targets and conduct market visits to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage trade promotions.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7-8 years of FMCG sales experience, specifically in oil & ghee.
• Strong understanding of the UAE HORECA and retail market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• UAE driver’s license preferred.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:
