Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Specialist
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Specialist to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as both a technical expert and functional consultant, bridging business needs with Oracle technology to streamline HR operations and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules in alignment with project objectives, timelines, and business requirements.
 - Design, develop, and deploy functional enhancements and customizations across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management.
 - Provide strategic recommendations to improve HR processes using best practices and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
 - Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to validate configurations and ensure quality delivery.
 - Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues within Oracle Fusion HCM to ensure smooth system operation.
 - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges and develop effective HCM solutions.
 - Support integration and data migration between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems.
 - Develop HR reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools to deliver actionable insights.
 - Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and efficiency.
 
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and configurations.
 - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools for reporting and customization.
 - Experience in data integration and migration, preferably with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
 - Knowledge of system architecture design and scalable solution implementation.
 - Experience in IT project management, including implementation and change management.
 - Ability to perform configuration, customization, and personalization within Oracle HCM modules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 - Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM are preferred.
 
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, or related modules).
 - Proven experience in supporting production environments, implementing enhancements, and resolving technical issues.
 - Strong knowledge of Oracle APIs, AME (Approval Management Engine), and interface development.
 - Experience with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies or equivalent documentation frameworks.
