Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with organisational objectives.

  • Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership on corporate, reputational and stakeholder matters.

  • Lead corporate communications, branding, marketing and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

  • Drive communication strategies for major events, conferences and industry engagements.

  • Develop and oversee crisis communication planning and execution.

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels.

  • Oversee media relations, digital communications, social media strategy and integrated communication campaigns.

  • Measure communication performance through KPIs and optimise campaign effectiveness.

  • Lead internal communications initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, organisational culture and leadership communications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, strategic partners and key stakeholders.

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and high-level engagements.

  • Manage communications budgets, external agencies and service providers.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing communications team while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level experience leading corporate communications within a large organisation, government entity or highly regulated environment.

  • Strong background in executive communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement and reputation management.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing integrated communication strategies.

  • Experience managing crisis communications and corporate reputation.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary communications teams.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is advantageous.

  • Ability to engage confidently with executive leadership, government stakeholders and external partners.
