Job Description
We are partnering with a leading organisation in the UAE within higher education, to appoint a Marketing Manager.
This is a hands-on, mid-senior role with responsibility for managing a team and driving integrated marketing initiatives across product, channel, and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned to business and commercial objectives
- Plan and deliver targeted lead generation campaigns across priority segments
- Oversee marketing communications, including digital, social media, and campaign messaging
- Support and execute events and partner activations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales and product/service teams to ensure aligned go-to-market execution
- Drive CRM and pipeline alignment, ensuring marketing initiatives support conversion and revenue outcomes
- Manage marketing budgets, tracking performance and optimising spend
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring strong execution and collaboration
Requirements:
- 10–12+ years of experience in marketing within higher education, edtech, or closely related sectors
- Strong background in B2B marketing, channel marketing, and communications
- Experience working closely with sales teams and managing CRM-driven campaigns
- Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, stakeholder-heavy environments
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month + benefits
