Job Description
Our multinational client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join their close-knit team of around 100 employees. The ideal candidate will be both hands on, yet a strategic and results-oriented HR professional with a strong understanding of all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
- Conduct HR needs assessments and develop plans to address identified gaps.
- Overhaul the development and implementation of employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Manage employee relations and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Performance Management & Development:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Identify and address employee training and development needs.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, gratuity
- Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- Manage employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and family leave.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and key performance indicators.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security.
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Proven experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Up to date with UAE labour law
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., [mention specific HRIS systems like ADP, Workday]).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
