Job Description

On behalf of our Media and Trade Fair client, we are looking for an experienced, committed Marketing Manager, with the ability to take on 360-degree marketing responsibilities.

 

This would involve an understanding and experience in event marketing, community marketing, strategy, implementing content marketing through social and email marketing channels, managing barter collaborations, getting government support, supporting the sales team, analysing performance and tweaking strategies accordingly, managing a small team, and more.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to write compelling content, conduct research, manage email marketing, social media marketing and analyse their performance. They will also liaise with the Design, Sales, Conference and Operations teams, when required.

 

We are looking for:

 

  • A digital marketer with at least 7+ years of experience handling B2B content and its marketing. Trade show experience is a bonus!
  • A talented storyteller who can look at the bigger picture, understand trade show marketing and strategise via various channels to get the required results.
  • An organized individual who can lead a team and plan ahead with a focus on quality.
  • Someone who can focus on and strategise partnerships with associations and media.
  • Someone who can liaise with PR companies and manage the campaigns.
  • Someone who can work in tandem with our performance marketing team.
  • A multi-tasker who can handle multiple brands at a time.
  • A collaborator who can work with colleagues in our India/Dubai office.
  • Someone who is willing to travel to tradeshows and handle marketing operations from there, if required.
  • A team player, who works well with all levels of executives.
  • Someone with excellent spoken and written English and strong communication skills.
  • A person who is a stickler for detail and a grammar fiend. Must be a quick learner and a problem solver and calm under pressure.
  • Someone who knows how to use and analyse results from digital marketing tools for various operations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B content, email and Social media marketing
  • Experience in event marketing
  • Expertise in email marketing
  • Social media marketing
  • Deep knowledge of various tools related to digital marketing including Google Analytics, MailChimp, Ad Campaigns and CRM.
