This is a strategic leadership role focused on turning customer and business data into actionable commercial growth strategies across loyalty, CRM, digital and customer engagement ecosystems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer intelligence, predictive analytics, AI-led personalisation and growth strategy across the organisation while partnering closely with commercial, product, Martech, loyalty and technology teams.
