Key responsibilities include leading the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing business insights to support market expansion and product diversification. The post holder also oversees FM sales operations and reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking to meet the company's growth objectives.
