Experience in the confectionery industry is essential as like in bakery. Experience has to be not less than 3 years. Reliable with good attitude to the job. Understanding the specifics and features of food production.

The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with national and international food safety standards, manage audits, and promote a culture of food safety throughout the organization.  Applicants for this role must have worked in the UAE before for a minimum of 3 years.
