Job Description

Inspire Selection are delighted to be working with an established investment company to source a Junior Finance Manager.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in S4HANA Cloud ERP systems and be a strategic thinker who has experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, driving financial transformation, and ensuring seamless integration and optimization of financial processes.  This role is based in Abu Dhabi.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • ERP Implementation and Management:
    • Assist with leading the end-to-end implementation of S4HANA Cloud ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
    • Assist with managing and overseeing the integration of legacy / New systems into the new ERP
    • Assist with developing and executing a comprehensive ERP project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and fully responsible for data migration.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management initiatives
    • Provide training and support to finance and non-finance staff on the new ERP
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and address concerns.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function and strengthen control environment.
    • Implement best practices in financial management and ERP system utilization.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Education:
    • Qualified Professional Accountant (CA, CPA,)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management roles
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP especially S4HANA Cloud ERP systems in unstructured environments with multiple legacy systems.
    • F&B and Cement industries experience is highly desirable.
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
