Job Description

The Sales Manager at this large scale B2B business is responsible for establishing goals and ensuring that company sales targets are achieved in Qatar.

 

The duties include identifying opportunities, analysing and monitoring trends in the local market and actively seeking areas for growth and expansion.

 

Additional responsibilities include managing a team and supporting them to achieve their sales targets and KPI’s in line with the organisational strategic plan.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Short and long-term strategic plans for the Company in line with goals and objectives formulated in conjunction with line manager
  • Contribute to the development of the Corporate segment sales plans as required
  • Responsible for growth of business in the Corporate market segment as per the organizational objectives
  • Assist the line manager in the development of short and long-term sales projections and implement strategies in the assigned market
  • Coordinate with line manager to plan, organize and put sales campaigns and programmes

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • B.Com, Business Management degree or equivalent
  • 8 years sales experience, ideally in the B2B segment selling into the corporate segment
  • Excellent sales skills and market knowledge with Corporate segment awareness
  • Strong communication and people management skills

 

Salary & Benefits:

 

  • Salary: QAR 15,000 plus commission
