Service & Project Support Manager

Jeddah – KSA

This role is for a leader in commercial refrigeration who have office in UAE & KSA. The team comprises of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering excellence to their clients. The projects are turn-key with high quality products. You will be joining a dynamic team who are making a positive impact on the refrigeration sector.

 

This pivotal role focuses on enhancing after-sales processes, managing project support, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in service management and data analysis within a multinational context. The role is designed to support local after-sales processes by implementing corporate solutions tailored to the local business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and Service Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor daily service activities, engage with Service Supervisors, collect feedback, and support service processes.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point, devising solutions for misalignments.
  • Implement and refine guidelines, procedures, and best practices for local operations, aligning them with corporate solutions.
  • Develop objectives and oversee the performance of the call centre through KPIs definition and control.
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity and cost efficiency (manpower, spare parts, technology, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve quotation procedure, material request, delivery at the site, coordinating with internal team and Purchasing.
  • Perform periodic analysis of service activities, customer feedback, and technician performance.
  • Conduct periodic analysis meetings with Service Manager and Regional Supervisors to address critical issues to maintain standards.
  • Manage contractual relations with subcontractors.
  • Define and monitor the KPIs/SLAs for activities under contract to ensure proper performance and maximum benefits for the company.
  • Prepare various reports for different departments and upper management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Management experience in a multinational environment, preferably in Facility Management.
