I am recruiting a Customer Care Executive for a premium aesthetics clinic in Dubai.
This is much more than a traditional reception or customer service role. The Customer Care Executive will play an important part in the overall client journey, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive a highly personalised, professional and seamless experience from their first enquiry through to consultation, treatment and ongoing care.
We are looking for someone who is warm, polished and confident, with excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build trust and rapport. You will need to be highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout their journey.
- Welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring they understand what to expect from their consultation and experience.
- Take the time to understand individual client concerns, expectations and goals.
- Guide clients through consultations, treatment planning, bookings and ongoing follow-up.
- Proactively follow up after consultations and support clients with next steps and future appointments.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and identify when follow-up appointments are due.
- Re-engage existing clients who may be overdue for appointments or have not continued with their recommended journey.
- Respond professionally to enquiries across telephone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling and general client enquiries.
- Work closely with doctors and the wider clinic team to ensure relevant client information is communicated effectively.
- Manage client expectations sensitively and escalate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate medical professional.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, notes and communications.
- Support client outreach, recall campaigns and other engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to continually improve the client experience.
- Provide wider support to the client service team during busy periods when required.
The emphasis is very much on long-term client relationships and continuity of care rather than a transactional approach.
Requirements
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands what excellent service looks like.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within customer care, client experience, luxury hospitality, beauty, aesthetics or a medical environment.
- Experience working with premium or high-touch clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A warm, engaging and confident personality.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of the client journey.
- The ability to juggle multiple clients, follow-ups and priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- A polished and professional manner with strong cultural awareness.
- The ability to handle client concerns calmly and professionally.
- A high level of discretion and understanding of client confidentiality.
- A flexible, team-focused approach.
This role will suit someone who can take ownership rather than simply respond to requests, keeping track of clients, remembering what needs to happen next and proactively following things through.
What Will Make You Successful
You don't necessarily need to come from an aesthetics background. Someone from luxury hospitality, premium healthcare, private banking, aviation, luxury retail or another high-touch customer environment could also be a strong fit.
What matters most is that you understand how to make a client feel genuinely looked after, while being organised enough to ensure that nothing gets missed behind the scenes.
