Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Art Director leads the creative process from concept through to execution, ensuring all work aligns with brand objectives, audience engagement, and overall performance goals.

Our client is a well-established UAE financial institution seeking an experienced Events & Media Lead to manage its corporate events portfolio and support leadership visibility across regional industry platforms.

This role sits within the Corporate Communications & Marketing function and works closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure the organisation is professionally represented at events, conferences, sponsorship activations, and public engagements.

This position is responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of internal and external corporate events while also supporting the organisation’s participation in key industry forums, conferences, and media-facing engagements.

The hiring team is specifically looking for candidates with strong experience across both events and media exposure. Candidates who have only worked in event delivery without involvement in media coordination, conference participation, or leadership visibility programmes are unlikely to be suitable.

The role is based in Ajman and requires regular on-site presence at events across the UAE and wider region.
